• Filing, defending and conducting  litigation and claims relating to labor disputes filed by or against the client employer and  representing the latter  before local or international  authorities to protect his or her interests.
     
  • Providing  trusted  legal advice to the client pursuant to relevant  local and  international labor laws.      
     
  • Remaining current  with any amendments that may be made to local or international labor laws so as to avoid any future problems or adverse consequences.
     
  • Assisting with the preparation and drafting of employment contracts and the internal penalty and rewarding regulations to ensure their compliance and conformity with  current applicable labor laws.
