• Following up on the complaints of  passengers and consigners and resolving them  within the provisions of the contracts of carriage in accordance  with the regulations set by the competent international organizations such as the ICAO (the International Civil Aviation Organization), IATA (International Air Transport Association) and other organizations.
     
  • Preparing,  drafting and reviewing  administrative contracts for aviation companies pursuant to globally recognized practices.
     
  •  Handling labor disputes that  arise between air carriers and their employees based on their respective employment contracts and applicable labor laws and  regulations.
     
  •  Handling  procedures for litigation or arbitration  to resolve  disputes arising  between air carriers and the agencies contracting  with them and travel and tourism services.
     
  • Following up and providing  legal advice on any issues raised by clients.
